Dana Papa is a strategic marketing and merchandising leader with 20+ years of experience driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and innovation across the retail fashion and beauty industries.

She has led transformative brand and product innovation initiatives across fragrance, beauty, and fashion for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. Dana brings an entrepreneurial blend of visionary strategy, consumer-centric storytelling, commercial acumen, and deep expertise in marketing, merchandising, and innovation leadership.

Prior to joining Givaudan, Dana spent seven years at Victoria’s Secret & Co. leading global merchandising strategy and the innovation pipeline for Beauty. She was a key member of the Executive Committee and served on the company’s Sustainability Steering Committee, helping deliver its first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report.

Dana is based in the New York City area and lives in Maplewood with her husband and two daughters.
